Hi, I’m Ashley — the owner of Ink & Dot Mobile Signing and a commissioned Missouri Notary Public.
I created Ink & Dot because I believe getting something notarized should feel simple, polished, and personal — not like one more complicated errand on an already-full day. As a wife, mom, and Lake of the Ozarks-area local, I understand how valuable your time is.
I also work full-time as an administrator in a real estate office, where contracts, transaction details, deadlines, communication, and accuracy are part of my everyday work. That experience carries directly into every signing I handle: prepared, organized, detail-focused, and respectful of your time.

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION
How online notarization works — legally and securely.
Missouri permits remote online notarization when the notary is registered for remote online notarizations and the required technology and procedures are used. That process is more than a video call.

The signer is identified using a method permitted under Missouri law, which may include approved credential presentation, credential analysis, and identity proofing.

The notary and signer communicate in real time through technology that meets the applicable Missouri requirements.

The electronic act is completed
The electronic document, signature, notarial certificate, seal, journal, and required records are handled through the compliant process.
Remote appointments are subject to eligibility, document requirements, identity verification, platform availability, and applicable Missouri law. Zoom or Google Meet may be used for general communication, but an RON notarial act itself must be performed through the appropriate compliant technology.
